    In short: Kaychip is AI — useful, not infallible. Enter a name to chat. Your screen starts fresh when you return. We may learn from questions in anonymized form to improve answers. Never share secrets. Important decisions need a human expert.
  

1. The service

Kaychip offers conversational AI, coding help, creative tools, and website building. Everything it says or generates is produced automatically. It may be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. You decide how to use it and bear that responsibility.

2. Who can use Kaychip

You must enter a display name before chatting. Guest access does not require an email. If you create an account, provide accurate information. You must be legally able to accept these terms where you live.

3. Your privacy

On your device: Chat history is cleared when you start a new visit. We design Kaychip so your conversation list does not linger on your screen after you leave.
On our systems: We may process questions for safety, reliability, and product improvement. Kaychip builds knowledge from research — not a public copy of your private chats.
Do not share: Passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, government IDs, medical records, or anything you would not post publicly.

4. Getting smarter over time

Kaychip may research topics in the background so answers improve for everyone. By chatting, you agree your questions can contribute to that improvement in anonymized, aggregated form. We do not sell your name or use your chats as advertising profile data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attack, overload, or attempt to break into Kaychip or its admin tools
Generate or request illegal, exploitative, or violent material
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others in bad faith
Scrape or automate the service beyond normal personal use

We may suspend or block access without prior notice when needed to protect the service or other people.

6. Your content & our rights

You own what you type. Kaychip owns the platform, brand, and underlying technology. AI-generated text, code, or designs are provided for your use without warranty — review them before relying on them in production or publishing.

7. Disclaimers & liability

KAYCHIP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NOTHING KAYCHIP SAYS IS MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

8. Updates

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Kaychip after an update means you accept the revised terms.
